I just discovered this article by: Nick Arrizza,M.D. thought I would take the time to share it with you.
Thankyou Nick.
If you live in a pervasive state of unhappiness then I'd like you to know there's a very simple reason for this. It's because you exist within a confused state that has literally cut you off from your Inner Truth and the courage to follow it. Where does this Inner Truth live? Well it's not in your mind, rather in your Heart. If you would like to know how to de-program your mind so that you can reconnect to this Truth and the power that lays therein read on.
So what does deprogramming the mind have to do with happiness? Well it may, or may not, surprise you that many try to "figure out" what will make them happy and this is done via the mind. In the mind reside all of the learned beliefs that supposedly help you navigate your way to success, happiness and fulfillment.
After many years of buying into and pursuing societal definitions of success I was left feeling empty and unfulfilled. Let me be clear here, it wasn't because I didn't achieve these lofty goals, I did indeed. At one time I was a "successful" psychiatrist earning a six figure income, with a beautiful home and in a seemingly happy relationship. All the while however I felt empty and very much unfulfilled.
Yes, I had followed the "success" propaganda much of my life but at the pinnacle of my "successful" life I realized that I had been sadly duped. So after a period of hard self reflection I became consciously aware of how I had allowed myself to be deceived and out of this also came an answer that awakened my Heart to my Inner Truth. Well, the rest is history as they say.
I realized that, like most human beings on the planet, I had lost a connection to who I was and why I was here. In essence I had lost a connection to my purpose in being alive and the experience of what meant to be truly alive. I realized that I had allowed myself to become a pawn in the competitive "game of life" that many still ardently subscribe to here at great cost to their well being and integrity.
Most importantly I realized that my purpose was to help others wake up to their Inner Truth. This sprouted a powerful process that helps one become consciously aware of the unconsciously programmed limiting beliefs that rob many of their birth right; their powerful creative abilities, their ability to know who they are as divine beings and their true purpose in being alive.
You see, it is the absence of this deeper awareness that results in unhappiness. After all, how can anyone be truly happy if they have no clue about who they really are, what they are capable of and why they are here? Well, they can't!
All of the "mind programming" I am referring to exists in your subconscious mind where it is both inaccessible to you and very much in control of your life. In other words you are enslaved by it with no way to change it. What's more it is supported and reinforced by what I call the "movie" of you life history.
This, in essence, "is" the programming which must be erased if you are to awaken, remember who you are and reclaim your true power. Eros, Love, Desire - Awakening Your True Heart's Desire
Just discovered this article by Andrea B. Jackson thought I would take the time to share it with you...
Thankyou Andrea...
The minute I heard my first love story, I started looking for you not knowing how blind that was, lovers don't finally meet somewhere; they're in each other all along." - Rumi
Are you longing to find a truly dependable love? In a relationship session you will find the real relationship you are longing for. Communing and cultivating your inner beloved is the most important relationship you will ever have. It will bring you an open heart that is authentic and compassionate, the ability to listen deeply to what is true from your soul and the feeling that you have met your most ecstatic beloved. The beautiful relationships that will be drawn to you from this inner connection are a match to your heart & soul, not as much your personality/ego.
Struggling, denying, projecting, blaming the relationship situations you are in now will not bring the love you desire. It will continue to perpetuate painful feelings of struggle and loneliness. The loneliness you feel in a relationship like this can feel even more difficult than learning to be with yourself.
The answer is definitely not to keep chasing the proverbial romantic fantasy relationship. It's also not to expect your partner to live up to these impossible ideals. It's to come home to the true source of your greatest happiness. This inner joy is dependable...you can count on your relationship with yourself.
Whether you're single, in a current relationship or divorcing...owning this powerful loving inner connection will set all your heartache free. I guarantee this. Come home to the lasting love that attracts exactly what your heart & soul need to create a truly joyful life. Sharing from this inner connection is the source of lasting love and will draw your true beloved to you.
Breathe into the sweet, tender, ecstatic love within you,

Balancing Your Energy
I just came across an article by Gina Sebastian Thought I would take the time to share it with you.
THANKYOU... Gina...
The amount of energy you have is an excellent indicator for you to monitor you stress level and your "do" level. In our crazy worlds these days, we run around doing, doing, doing. We love to be busy and many times people are run down and played out.
Your energy determines your life at every moment, which means it is very important to maintain a "level" energy flow. When energy is taken to extremes, what goes up must come down. So if you do something that requires high energy, it is inevitable that shortly after you are done, you will feel drained and need to replenish your energy levels. However, if you manage your energy and don't go to extremes, then you won't have major ups and downs. You will maintain an energy level over time that allows you to create amazing things in your life and feel good too.
Many times you just need to be conscious around how you are using your energy and make choices that work for you. If you are doing too much in a day and are exhausted, let go of some things in your life or put less things on your daily schedule. If you tend to be low energy, plan more exciting things that will bring your energy up. This way you will create more of what you want each day (peace and enjoyment) rather than what you don't want (stress, chaos and even depression).
"There are many aspects to success; material wealth is only one component... But success also includes good health, energy and enthusiasm for life, fulfilling relationships, creative freedom, emotional and psychological stability, a sense of well-being, and peace of mind." ~ Deepak Chopra
Think about how you use your energy because it shapes every moment of your day. Look for ways to increase your energy. Some great energy boosters to try:
•Regular exercise (it really does make a very big difference in your energy level);
•Eat right (healthy foods that give energy);
•Get enough sleep;
•Create balance (to reduce highs and lows);
•Take me-time (to recharge). Learn the word NO (this is incredibly liberating);
•Surround yourself with positive & inspirational people.
•Listen to/watch inspirational audio, music, and movies.
Once you are aware of how you use your energy and how you want it to be different, then it is about taking one step at a time in the direction you want to go. Manage your energy and you will find much more of what you want in your life!

Your Best Foot Forward's First Step Starts in Your Mind
Just come across a nice article by: Debra Hollinrake thought I would take the time to share it with you...
Do you have a great idea of how you want your life to be, but can't seem to get out of your own way in order to make it happen? What do you suppose would happen if you actually took one step toward making it real? What would that first step be?
Richard M. Devos said, "The only thing that stands between a person and what they want in life is the will to try it and the faith to believe it is possible."
1. How can you apply this thought to your life?
2. What is one thing that you truly want in your life? Think about it - what is one thing that you truly want in your life?
3. Do you have the "will" to go after what you truly want? When thinking about your answer, think about what "will" is. The dictionary describes "will" as "deliberate intention or wish". So if you've answered the question of "what do you truly want", then you already have the will to obtain it!
4. Next is "the faith to believe it is possible". Where does your faith come from? How to you come to a place of faith or belief? Think of the age-old saying, "seeing is believing", and try this exercise. A) Create a picture in your mind of what your life would look like if you actually attained what you truly want in life. B) Focus on a positive picture of yourself. C) Make a mental note - What does your life look like having attained what you truly want? What does it feel like? Where are you? What does it smell like? What are you doing?
5. Now that you've got this clear positive picture in your mind, write down 3 small tasks that would be the first steps to get you to that achieved goal that you just pictured in your mind. Just three very small tasks. Preface each task with, "I am." For example, "I am writing down three tasks that I could do to get me to my goal!" Then write down two more small tasks. Read them out loud. Announce them to the universe! "I am....." Smile!
6. Think about that quote again by Richard M. Devos: "The only thing that stands between a person and what they want in life is the will to try it and the faith to believe it is possible."
7. Now write the name of your list across the top of it - something inspirational, like "Joe's Healthy Body" or "Karen's New Promotion" or something that will inspire you and make you smile when you look at it because you have a plan - you can see it now!
8. Go ahead and perform the first task on your list. Just the first task. Then cross off number one on the list, and write down the next task that would follow number three. Then walk away, knowing you're on your way, and every day, do one more task. And keep the list going. Every time you accomplish one task, cross it off the list and add another task onto the end.
9. Keep this list where you can see it - on the fridge, taped to your computer, somewhere where you can see it so you can always be reminded of how powerful you are! Look at all you're accomplishing!! When it's time to start a new list because you've accomplished everything on the first one, save the original list - no matter how messy it is - in your special place where you can open it and look at all you've accomplished whenever you need a reminder of how wonderful you are.
And it all started with your thoughts!
Now that you have given energy to this dream, it will keep getting closer. Keep that picture in your mind. If any doubts creep in, imagine them falling away, like the warm water off your shoulders when you take a shower. Then breathe a comfortable sigh as you zero in on that wonderful picture of yourself living your dream. Seeing is believing! Now that you've seen it in your mind, look out world! Keep stirring up that energy. Feel it.
So, what are your intentions?
Wishing you beautiful creative visions of your happiness, to inspire you, call you to the action you enjoy, as your spirit glows.

Awaken Higher Awareness Through Self-Observation
By: Guy Finley
I'm sure that we can all agree that no intelligent, conscious man or woman would ever intentionally hurt him or herself. It is important that we are in agreement about this precept. No one would choose to ache. Yet the fact remains that all of us do hurt ourselves every day with bursts of anger or fits of depression or anxiety. Even at the simplest level there can be no doubt: fear and worry take an immeasurable toll on our health and well-being.
However, there is real intelligence. An inwardly awake person would never intentionally hurt himself. Self-observation is the key to developing this higher order of awareness; it is how we learn to become inwardly vigilant to our own thoughts and feelings, even as they pass through us. When we can observe ourselves in this new way our higher nature naturally prevails over any troubling thoughts or feelings that want to drag us down into their lower world.
Self-observation allows us to understand what we witness in ourselves, instead of being washed away by our reaction to it. This new and higher interior "position" -- as the observer of what unfolds around and within us -- is at once a part of the proceedings and, at the same time, untouched by them. Recall what the Christ said about "being in the world, but not of it," and you have a small idea about this most unique inner-sanctuary. When we are awake this way, we always make the right choices because we are acting from a level of consciousness that has no past investment in any event or its possible outcome. This means that it is free to select what is intelligent.
Higher intelligence cannot be bound by the momentum of accumulated desires. The silent observer within us does not think; it sees. This is an important point because in order to observe ourselves means that we can't be self-absorbed. Higher awareness through self-observation increases our field of choices, because this elevated inner-position places you high above the game and lets you see all of the players.
On the other hand, self-absorption is like being on the field. Not only can't you see all of the players, but those that you can see are more often than not slamming into you, turning you around and around until you don't know which way to run. That's the whole point: Stop running and bumping, and start seeing.
There is no greater power for self-change than self-observation because this new inner-vision alone can provide you with true self-knowledge. Being self-liberated is the same as living fully from your Higher Nature. In this lofty state you enjoy the freedom that comes with having let go of your false self. This Higher Nature rests above you. Join it. Let it guide you all the way back to your true home within yourself.
As you persist each day with this important and practical task of adding more inner light to yourself -- of making it your aim to stay up in the grandstand and out of the brawls on the field -- you may find yourself becoming increasingly disturbed by some of the negativities you are seeing within yourself down on the field. This is a good indication that you are making real progress.
You must apply the principles you have learned even to this new kind of disturbance. This uproar you are experiencing is the false self trying its best to get you into the free-for-all down on the field. Stay in the stands in your observation post. Don't be concerned with anything you may see. Remember, light need never fear any shadow, and anything you may discover within you that is frightening comes from the shadow world. Your only task is to bring it into the light of your new understanding and let it handle the rest.
Let's review this royal principle: to see yourself in this new way means that at the same moment of being aware of your physical self, you are also watching your thoughts and feelings. Your old inclination to jump in and judge yourself is also suspended in this new awareness of yourself.
Said slightly differently, self-observation is a way of being fully aware of yourself that includes being watchful of any self-concern that comes up as a result of what you see in yourself. In this unique psychological posture you remain effortlessly apart from all wrong concerns because, should any of them arise, they are treated as just something else you are seeing, not as something you are.
At first, this idea of expanded self-awareness may sound to you like a little too much going on all at once. I assure you that it is not. Once you get the feel for it, self-observation is not any more difficult than leisurely watching a juggler under the Big Top. He may have as many as six or seven assorted objects flipping and spinning all at once, but that is of no concern to you. Seeing takes no effort. You are just enjoying the performance!
And while we're speaking of performances, you will be happy to know that nothing brings the curtain down faster on the false self than this special kind of inner attention. You will see that self-observation is to our lower nature what sunlight is to a cave-dwelling bat. Just as the bat cannot stand the sun's bright rays, neither can the false self live in the light of this new and self-healing awareness.
Nothing in the universe can stop you from letting go and starting over! For the daring person who wishes to turn this possibility into reality, the keys to less stress and brighter days are found in Guy Finley's newly revised and expanded best-selling book, "The Secret of Letting Go." Just as gentle spring rains stir the seeds that become beautiful wildflowers, so will the higher lessons in this book help you let go and grow free. Finley is the acclaimed author of more than 35 books and audio programs on the subject of self-realization, and is the founder and director of Life of Learning Foundation, a nonprofit center for self-study located in Southern Oregon. Embracing Inspirational Awareness: Five Perspective-Changing Benefits
By: Melissa Wadsworth
Live Aware! Sounds simple enough. And yet, for many of us, living with true awareness takes practice and commitment. It requires that we nurture our sense of wonder, curiosity and genuine interest each day. It requires that we refresh our connections to the people and essential elements of the world around us. Only then can the "Aha" truth of awareness resonate with us: What you notice matters!
Living with awareness naturally opens our eyes to the gifts to be enjoyed in daily life. At the same time, conscious intention and imagination opens our hearts to the fantastic possibilities that exist for creating a more satisfying life. Need more persuasion? Consider the following inspirational benefits:
Awareness enhances your receptivity. We're each receptors of energy and information. Awareness improves your receptivity to signals and signposts that can help with daily decision-making. Awareness increases your receptivity to the sensory surprises and gifts that are present. As an open channel your life tends to become layered with enhanced visual richness. This inevitably switches on your other senses, which in turn naturally enhance your daily life experience. Likewise, awareness helps you to be more aware of the particular energy and information that you send back out into the world. Thoughts and words like "no one will notice,"and "it doesn't matter" should begin to fade from your vocabulary. If you go through life half asleep or tied to limiting habits, you may be blocking all kinds of information from making it to your conscious mind. Living aware can help ensure that you are cognizant of all the resources available to you.
Enhanced awareness facilitates focus. We all get busy. And without an intention to stay aware we can move through our days on the surface. It's a little like giving a presentation and looking over everyones' heads. You're not making real contact. Awareness fine-tunes your innate ability to focus on life components. As you first practice awareness you may take in a grander view of everything in "your sights," but then your awareness lands - like a butterfly coming to rest. It may land on something that adds beauty to your day, it may land on a conversation of useful information, it may land on a bus banner that points you to just the resource you've been seeking. Focus lets you know what's important to you at any given moment. Be aware of what catches your attention and why? Focus also lets you know how you are feeling about your life and often signals when change needs to occur. For instance, a travel expert who used to be a stewardess said that she knew it was time to quit when she kept focusing on the one obnoxious traveler on each of her flights rather than all the other friendly and polite passengers. Recognizing what your focus tells you empowers your life.
Positive awareness generates appreciation. After all you can't appreciate what you don't notice. Taking the time to notice something new or to re-consider something you've taken for granted can refresh your sense of life appreciation. Photography is a great tool for building awareness and appreciation, since it naturally directs you to focus on objects of interest and beauty. You can also simply practicing seeing the world with the eye of a photographer. Look around and consider what is photo-worthy.
Active awareness stimulates life clarity. With your observational powers turned on high, the brain seems to respond to mindfully presented stimuli with correlations, personal insights and revelations. Mindful awareness simultaneously quiets the mind and sharpens our mental processing so that helpful data can surface. So leave spaces in your day for quiet awareness and contemplation, even if it's for five minutes. Often we just work so very hard at trying to make it all work out right. Consider whether you need to provide more space and awareness so things can unfold. Consider whether you leave enough room in your days, or in your life perspective, for the easiest route to your goals to reveal itself.
Open-hearted awareness leads to connection. Awareness tends to tether you to your life experience with tiny treads of connection, acquired one at a time. Being aware of how you are in the world may result in you feeling more connected to your unique qualities and talents. Being aware of opportunities to interact with others can help you feel more part of a community. When you really listen, which is a type of awareness, you can better hear what other people can offer you, or how you can help them. Such satisfying connections just make existence feel more successful.
Living aware leads to you being more receptive, to enhanced focus, to greater appreciation and more life clarity and connection. That's a pretty good return on your efforts. So practice awareness and just see what happens.

Everything is Energy - Everything is Vibrating
BY: Robyn Bentley
Quantum physics tells us that nothing is actually solid. Everything is energy. Everything is vibrating. And everything on earth is influenced by it. Plants grow better when exposed to certain musical vibrations. Sound vibrations affect the form of molecules. Words, thoughts and music affect the molecular structure of water. The unique molecular vibrational frequency of a chemical works like the actual chemical. The human body has a biofield of energy running through and around it affecting mental and physical health. Here are a few examples of these vibrational influences.
Musical Vibrations Affect The Growth of Plants
Music affects plants. They grow better when exposed to classical and jazz music than hard rock music. When plants don't like the music they are being exposed to, they actually bend away from the speakers the music is coming from. When they like the music, they bend toward the speakers. In an experiment, plants leaned away from Jimi Hendrix, Vanilla Fudge, and Led Zeppelin music. However, when string versions of songs by these artists were played, the plants leaned toward the speakers.
Sound Vibrations Affect Molecular Form
A simple Cymatics experiment can be done by sprinkling sand on a metal plate and vibrating the plate with sound. The sand will then form itself into patterns. The higher the frequency, the more complex the shapes produced.
Thoughts, Words And Music Affect the Molecular Structure of Water
Masaru Emoto used different words (I hate you, love and appreciation) and the names of some deceased people (Adolph Hitler, Mother Teresa) typed them onto paper, taped them on glass bottles filled with water and let them sit overnight. He also placed water between speakers for several hours and played different kids of music (Bach, heavy metal). Emoto froze droplets of the water and examined them under a microscope and photographed them. He found that positive words and classical music created white crystals in beautiful shapes. Negative words and heavy metal music created brown crystals in unappealing shapes.
The Vibrational Frequency of Medicine Works Like Medicine
Fritz Popp, a German biophysics researcher used the vibrational frequency of vasodilator chemicals (histamine and acetylcholine) to produce increased blood flow in the coronary arteries of a guinea pig's heart. Then he applied the opposite chemicals (atropine and mepyramine) which inhibited blood flow. He did not use the actual chemical, but the vibration of the chemical in the form of low frequency waves ( less than 20 Khz). The signal could take the place of the chemical because the signal is the signature of the molecule of the chemical. Popp believed that each molecule in the universe has a unique frequency and the language it uses to speak to the world is a resonating wave. We can swallow chemicals to expose ourselves to the specific resonating wave of a chemical or we can vibrationally expose ourselves and the "vibe" of the medicine works like the medicine.
Imbalance in the Human Biofield Creates Illness in the Body
You may have heard the term "aura". Biophysics uses the term "biofield". It is the subtle energy systems running through and around the human body. Practitioners of energy medicine believe that illness results from disturbances of these subtle energies. The biofield or aura can be photographed using Kirlian photography. Acupuncture is used to balance the energy running through the meridians of the body. Reiki is used to balance the seven chakra energy centers of the body.
Meridians
The meridians are channels of energy that can be compared to the body's circulatory system. Just like veins carry blood, meridians are the pathways of chi flowing through the body. A break in the flow of chi creates an imbalance resulting in a physical or emotional health problem. Acupuncture helps keep the chi in balance to help the body be healthier.
Chakras
The chakras are seven energy centers in the human body. They each vibrate a different energy and color. If a Chakra becomes blocked, certain physical or emotional problems can develop. Keeping the chakras balanced and clear helps keep a person healthy in body, mind and spirit. Reiki is used to balance the energy centers.
Positive And Negative Energies Inside Buildings
Every building has both positive and negative energies. These energies form in patterns when a building is constructed. In every building there are nine different energy patterns. One in each of the eight compass sections and the center. These positive and negative energies can have an impact on the occupants of a building. Classical feng shui calls the energies that make up the energy patterns "flying stars".
Where attention goes... energy flows.
What we give our attention to, we give our energy to. You can see what "giving your energy to something" looks like simply by dangling a necklace from your hand and making it move with your mind. In feng shui, energy is called chi. Chi flows through our homes, our bodies, and everything in the universe. We can focus the chi of our body with our mind.
Everything is energy. Everything is vibrating. And everything on earth is influenced by it. That means you.

You Are Amazing! (And I Can Prove It)
By: Michael_D._Murphy
Has anyone told you lately that you are truly amazing? Probably not unless you are one of the very blessed few who have at least one powerful encourager in your life that truly does care about you.
I was 6 feet tall when I was in the 7th grade. I weighed all of 140 lbs. Skinny doesn't begin to describe it. Toothpick would come a little closer. With the unruly and wiry hair that I tried to grow long and fight to keep straight, most of my friends called me 'Q-tip.' You can imagine how that did wonders for my self esteem. Yeah, not much.
I was reminded by my father that I wasn't planned when I was born. I guess not. Three kids in LESS THAN three years. My brother was 2 years old, about to turn 3. My sister was 1 year old, 9 days before she turned 2.
My father suffered most of his life with what we now know as bi-polar disorder. Major moods swings and a plethora of attitudes that did not serve in my best interest (or anyone else's for that matter.) He constantly reminded me that I was an 'accident' and with the constant psychological abuse that he put on me, I felt more like an intruder on this planet than a little boy.
As I got older and begin to discover personal development and what it could do for me to heal my past and create my future, I begin to develop new beliefs about myself. What I discovered, changed my life. I discovered that the facts proved that I was not an 'accident', but indeed, my life was/is a miracle.
I discovered through reading personal development books that the chances that I was ever conceived to begin with were tens of millions to one. In fact, I learned that I had beaten out somewhere between 10 and 90 million other 'seeds' that were all vying to fertilize one egg. Tens of millions of potential suitors and only one was going to get a date. In fact, the others were going to die. It wasn't just a race and competition for affection. It was a battle for life.
Stop and think about this. If any other seed had fertilized that one egg, neither you nor I would be here right now. Ever wonder why you've always felt ''special''? Maybe you felt ''lucky''? Well, you gained access into the inner sanctum to fertilize the egg and millions others died off who didn't make it.
I don't know about you, but that fact alone makes me feel pretty amazing! Now I'm not asking to you believe in some kind of esoteric, metaphysical or spiritual concept. I'm sharing this as an established fact. Go check out these stats with a medical doctor. Now, if those odds haven't made you feel as amazing as they make me feel, then think about this.
Go back 5 generations in your family. That would be to a great-great-great grandparent. Having extensive genealogy records for my family, I know who my great-great-great grandfather was and where he was born.
He was born in 1795 in Kentucky. Just 18 years after our country declared its independence. He met his wife by some set of circumstances which I'm not aware of. Nonetheless, just imagine your own experience, or perhaps that of your parents (or grandparents) and know that the odds weren't good that he and this particular woman, got together.
Now add to the equation that the odds that they ever conceived and had the particular child that they had, were also in the 1 in several millions odds. Now, THAT child grew up and met someone else and the process goes on and on.
My point? Imagine the odds that you ever arrived here on this planet. Trillions to one. Your life is amazing. You may not feel like it. You may feel the lowest emotions that a human can feel. Nonetheless, the FACT remains that YOU ARE A MIRACLE!!!
Perhaps in another article, I'll get into to the amazing biological, skeletal/muscular make up of your body (which is itself a miracle.) For right now, just allow yourself to consider and deeply think about, how YOU got HERE.
You, my dear friend, are no accident. You are amazing! You were a miracle the day you began your existence on this planet. And, you still are. Most people are never taught to love themselves.
Most people are never taught to really understand how awesome they really are. Through a lot of emotional and psychological damage that we get from very ill-informed sources in this world, we never face the REALITY of who and what we really are.
I'm here, telling you, YOU ARE AMAZING! I know it. You have talents, skills, intelligence and heart to do miracles in your own life. You have potential that you haven't even begun to tap into its power.
You've likely either forgotten or, you never knew how the facts that support you as being a phenomenal being. Take some time today and think about what I've shared with you here. Think about the dreams, hopes, desires and incredible vision inside of your mind. I'm not asking you to ''believe'' anything.
I'm just giving you the FACTS. You are amazing! You can do, be and have more than you've ever dreamed possible. Let yourself awakened to the TRUTH about you. Get your dreams off of the shelf and dust them off. Let them live again in your heart, soul and mind.
Keep believing that you can and will accomplish them. Then, expect them and watch your awesome life unfold.
